Silentbox has been manufacturing acoustic booths since 2019. They are designed and built in our own production, which means we answer for the structure, the finish and the warranty ourselves.

The booths are built in our own facility rather than a third-party factory. That is what lets us change the finish, dimensions and equipment to suit a project.
Certified insulation
The Premium insulation is measured and certified to ISO 11957 — the 35 dB figure is a measurement, not a marketing claim.
Patented structure
The frame and the door sealing solution are patented. It is the door closing evenly that keeps the insulation intact for years.
Experience in the Baltics
We work with clients in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and know the local quirks: lift dimensions, restrictions in leased premises, access.
How we work
We start with the need: how many people will use the booth, whether conversations have to be confidential and how much space there is. Only then do we recommend a model — often it turns out the cheaper Lite covers the requirement fully.
After installation we stay reachable: the structural warranty runs up to ten years, and for service questions you can contact us directly, with no intermediary.
What happens if something goes wrong
A warranty is only worth what the process behind it is. In practice it works like this: you write to us describing what changed — the door no longer closes evenly, the fan has become audible, the lighting fails. We ask for a photo or a short video, because that usually identifies the part straight away.
Most cases are adjustments rather than replacements: a door seal reseated, hinges realigned, ducts cleaned. Where a part has to be replaced, we bring it and fit it on site. Since we manufacture the booths ourselves, there is no third-party factory in the chain deciding whether the claim is valid.
What working in the Baltics taught us
Offices here are mostly leased, often in older buildings converted to office use. That shapes what we check before delivery: lift dimensions, doorway widths, the load the floor carries, and whether the landlord permits anything to be fixed in place. Our booths need no fixings, which is precisely why they suit leased floors.
It also shapes what we recommend. A company on a three-year lease is better served by a booth that moves with it than by a partition that stays behind. We say so even when the partition would have been the larger order.
