How well does a booth block sound?
Premium models carry certified 35 dB insulation to ISO 11957: a normal conversation is inaudible one metre from the booth. The Lite range offers ~25 dB, which attenuates office noise at speech level but is not certified.
What is the difference between Premium and Lite?
Premium: certified 35 dB, triplex glazing, steel frame, up to a 10-year warranty. Lite: ~25 dB, single-layer panoramic glazing, a lighter structure and a 3-year warranty. Ventilation output is the same on equivalent models.
Does the air get stuffy inside?
No. Ventilation starts automatically from the occupancy sensor. In a one-person booth the air is refreshed every 2–3 minutes, in two- and four-person booths every 6–8 minutes.
Does installation need building work or approvals?
No. The booth is not fixed to the floor or walls and no permit is required. Installation takes 2–5 hours and needs only an ordinary 220 V socket.
Can the booth be moved later?
Yes. The structure is relocatable: the booth can be repositioned in the office or taken to a new one. We dismantle it and reassemble it at the new site.
How heavy is it and will the floor take it?
Depending on the model, 230 to 600 kg spread over 1–2.9 m². A normal office floor carries that; in older buildings or on upper storeys we check the load before installation.
What warranty applies?
Up to a 10-year structural warranty on the Premium range and 3 years on Lite. Electronics and ventilation follow the manufacturer terms, which we send with the quote.
Can the booth carry our branding?
Yes. Beyond the standard colours we offer composite cladding, film and print. Branding artwork is agreed before production.
Is a booth suitable for a home office?
The Lite model is: 230 kg, an ordinary socket and 2–3 hours to install. Larger models are meant for offices, though there is no technical obstacle at home if access and the floor allow it.
How soon can a booth be delivered?
Lead time depends on the model, the finish and the quantity. We confirm it with the quote.
