Delivery and installation
The booth arrives as flat-packed modules and is assembled on site. No building work, no drilling and no approvals — all it needs is an ordinary 220 V socket and enough access to get the modules in.
How installation works
Checking dimensions and access
Before delivery we check door openings, lift dimensions and corridor width. If it helps, we send the module dimensions so you can check them yourself.
Delivery at an agreed time
The booth arrives on the agreed day. For larger orders we bring every booth in one visit.
Assembly on site
The crew assembles the booth in 2–5 hours depending on the model. Work can continue around it — noise is minimal and there is practically no dust.
Connection and handover
We plug the booth in, check the ventilation, lighting and door seal, and show you how the control panel works.
What installation needs
An ordinary socket
A 220 V socket near the booth. No separate electrical work and no fuse changes.
A level floor
The booth stands on its own frame with no anchoring. The floor must be level and carry the weight of the model — 230 to 600 kg spread over 1–2.9 m².
Access for the modules
The modules pass through an ordinary doorway and lift. In tight buildings we walk the route beforehand.
Clearance around the booth
Leave a couple of dozen centimetres free around the booth for the door to swing and the ventilation to work.
Moving it later
The booth is not fixed to the floor, walls or ceiling, so it can be moved elsewhere or taken to a new office later. That is one of the main differences from a built meeting room, which stays behind for the landlord.
When relocating we take the booth apart and reassemble it at the new site. Let us know in advance and we will agree a time and check the route.
Frequently asked questions
How long does installation take?
A one-person booth takes 2–3 hours, a two-person booth 3–5 hours, and a four-person booth from two hours. It depends on the model and the access.
Does the office have to stop work during installation?
Usually not. Assembly is relatively quiet and dust-free, but we do need a clear corridor to move the modules.
Will the booth fit in the lift?
The booth arrives as modules that fit an ordinary office lift. For narrow lifts we send the dimensions in advance so you can check.
Is anything drilled into the floor?
No. The booth stands on its own frame without anchoring, so the floor is left untouched.
Do you deliver outside the capital?
Yes, we deliver across the Baltics. Delivery is priced by address and appears as a separate line in the quote.
